This course has been such a blessing to me in helping me understand the meaning of the different aspects of temple worship. It has given me a clearer outlook on what it means to be a covenant making and keeping person. It is helpful to compare ancient temples with our modern ordinances and I love that they spoke of the ordinances being completed by the spiritual components (symbolized by the tokens) received. The eight lessons, in my opinion, are critical to our successful ascension back into the presence of God. We all know "the Law" itself has no power to save, but the ceremonies performed within the Law spell out all the necessary information that, if understood, will lead us back into God's presence. This is where your lessons are most helpful; they reveal so many symbolisms that are critical to understanding what it is we are actually doing in the temple, which clues us in on what we should be doing individually outside the temple and internally, while on that pathway to our ascension.

Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge on this ordinance. I have had so many questions for so many years. The most pivotal thing for me, or atleast the most visual was the description of Jesus Christ's markings as covenantal markings. I was profoundly touched and inspired to be so much more hearing that.
